【Abstract】 Through nearly 30 years’ development,China has basically become well-off.In order to comprehensively construct the harmonious society and catch up with the medium developed countries,China still need insist on the development strategy of "Giving priority to efficiency while emphasizing fairness at the same time"in the present situation when the gap between the poor and the rich has been widened and the crisis affecting the social stability and harmony occasionally happens.Moderately lowering the present Gini coefficient is the strategy to realize the nation’s long-term stability and sustainable development.更多还原
