结合K&C台架试验和道路试验的汽车操纵稳定性改进研究

【摘要】 针对某小客车在道路试验中操纵稳定性表现较差的现象,利用K&C试验台获取其悬架系统的特性参数,对比分析原设计参数,找出了设计中存在的问题。经过悬架参数调校和系列K&C台架及道路试验后,重新设定了小客车前后悬架的侧倾刚度,使其操稳性能表现达到了预期的设计目标。

【Abstract】 To improve the light passenger car’s poor controllability and stability performance, its suspension parameters were acquired through K&C testing and contrasted to the original design for studying the design problem. After suspension parameters were adjusted based on the K&C tests and road tests, the handling characteristics of the light passenger car were accorded with the origin prescriptive aim by the way of redesigning the parameters of front and rear suspension roll stiffness.
