多跳通信无线传感器网络的容量与功耗分析
Analysis of Capacity and Power Consumption of Multi-Hop Communication in Wireless Sensor Networks
【摘要】 多跳通信的无线传感器网络中,通过选择合适的节点的传输范围改变无线链路的信道容量,获得网络容量为Θ(logN),与通过波束成形的通信方式获得的网络容量具有相同的扩展量级;比较了为获得相同的网络容量,波束成形的通信方式和多跳的通信方式所需要的网络总功率和单节点的最大工作功率。数值计算结果表明,多跳与波束成形的通信方式的网络总功耗之比为10-1~10-3时,能获得较高的能量效率,但临近S ink的节点的功耗较大,降低了网络寿命。
【Abstract】 In multi-hop wireless sensor networks,the transmission range of sensors are properly selected to improve the channel capacity,which makes the transport capacity of the network as Θ(log N),the same scalable order as that of the beamforming communication method.In order to attain the same network capacity,the total network power and the maximum node power consumption of the beamforming communication and the multi-hop communication are compared.Results show that the multi-hop communication has the advantage of less total network power consumption and better energy efficiency;and is only 10-1 to 10-3 times of that of the beamforming mode.But the power consumption of the sensors close to Sink is higher,1 to 103 times of that of the beamforming mode,decreasing the network lifetime.
