【Abstract】 This article aims at defining the mass sport grounds and clearly points out their names in order to describe their conditions in our province and analyze constitutional differences between the mass sport grounds and the non—mass sport grounds.During the research,we can find some problems existing in the mass sport grounds and propose some advices and policies in the process of using them so as to improve the constructions and developments of sport grounds and offer strong support for carrying out "Physical Exercise Plan of the Whole People".更多还原
