浅析网球运动的柔韧素质

【摘要】 网球运动作为一项大家都喜爱的体育运动,在中国越来越普及。本文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,阐述了网球运动中柔韧素质的重要作用。

【Abstract】 The tennis motion as a sport that everybody likes,is more and more popular in China.Through the methods of literature review,logic analysis,this paper illustrates the important role of flexibility quality in tennis movement.
