以社区自治为原则推进和谐社区建设

【摘要】 社区是城市的基本单元,也是城市居民的生活共同体。只有不断地完善社区自治机制,充分发挥社区自治功能,才能更好地构建和谐社区。

【Abstract】 The communities are the cells of cities and the places where citizens live. If only perfect and take full advantage of the mechanism of community autonomy then the harmonious community can be constructed.
