船体分段装配单元决策研究
Determination study of assembly units for block assembly in shipbuilding
【摘要】 子装配划分的自动实现方法是装配CAPP的研究难点,针对船体装配工艺设计自动化程度低,影响船舶建造周期和质量,设计了分段装配单元决策系统,建立了分段装配信息模型,基于模糊数学理论,提出了分段装配单元划分的模糊聚类方法,实例表明该方法是合理可行的.
【Abstract】 Automatic implementation for determination of sub-assembly is a difficult point in the study of CAPP assembly. In order to solve the problem that the low automatic degree to the block assembly process design will negatively influence construction cycle and quality in shipbuilding, this paper presents a new design of determination system of assembly units for block assembly and the assembly model is set up. Based on fuzzy mathematics, the fuzzy cluster method to analyze the partition of assembly units is given out. The result shows that the system is rational and feasible.
