【摘要】 目的探讨黄芪对梗阻性黄疸幼鼠血清和肝组织转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)的影响。方法将40只W istar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、假手术组、梗阻性黄疸组(OJ)、OJ+黄芪组。OJ+黄芪组术后每日腹腔注射黄芪注射液250 mg/100 g体重,共7d。检测实验鼠血清和肝组织TGF-β1的含量,光镜下观察各组肝组织的形态学变化。结果OJ组、OJ+黄芪组血液TGF-β1水平显著高于正常对照组和假手术组,OJ+黄芪组肝组织TGF-β1水平较OJ组显著降低;OJ+黄芪组肝脏形态学改变较OJ组有所减轻。结论黄芪有助于改善梗阻性黄疸幼鼠的肝脏形态结构,减轻肝脏纤维化的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of astragalus on serum and liver tissue TGF-β1 level in immature rats with obstructive jaundice(OJ).Methods Forty immature male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group,sham operation group,OJ group,OJ+astragalus group.In OJ+astragalus group,astragalus(250 mg/100 g body weight) were given for 7 days.The content of TGF-β1 in serum and liver tissue in rats was detected by ELISA.Results The level of serum TGF-β1 was higher in OJ group and OJ+astragalus group than that in normal control group and sham group.The level of TGF-β1 of liver tissue in OJ+astragalus was lower in than that in OJ group.The morphologic changes of the liver ameliorates in OJ+astragalus group.Conclusion The astragalus helps to improve the liver morphology,decreases the process of liver fibrosis in immature rats with obstructive jaundice.更多还原
