【摘要】 为将中国历史文化的智慧运用到MBA的教育创新中,从而在同国外MBA教育的竞争中发挥“竞争优势”,北京大学国际MBA项目实施了体验战略课程。体验战略课程的现地教学地点选在既有丰厚兵学资源,又有得天独厚的战场资源,同时当地政府和有关部门能够提供大力支持的山东。课程班学员围绕“竞争战略与执行力”的教学主题,亲眼目睹了《孙子兵法》、《孙膑兵法》竹简,实地考察了马陵古战场和孟良崮战场,最后在课程总结与教师评点中,结合《孙子兵法》,将执行力的要素概括为4个方面,即准确掌握信息、制定正确战略、知人善任和注重实效。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to apply the wisdom of Chinese historical culture to the educational innovation of MBA so as to elaborate competitive edge over overseas MBA education,Peking University International MBA Project has brought experiencing strategy courses into practice.Shandong Province is chosen to be the onthespot teaching site of experiencing strategy courses where there are rich military science resources,exceptionally rich battlefield resources and at the same time local government and organizations have offered great supports.Focusing on the teaching subject of "competitive strategy and administrative force",the students watched the bamboo slips of Military Science of Sun Tzu and Military Science of Sun Bin by themselves and investigated Maling ancient battlefield and Menglianggu battlefield,then in the process of course summary and teacher’s comment,administrative force is generalized into four aspects,that is,grasping accurate information,formulating right strategy,knowing subordinates well enough to assign them jobs commensurate with their abilities and attaching much attention to practice.更多还原
