DS-32型小双螺杆挤压试验机挤压性能分析

【摘要】 应用玉米粉与面粉组成的混合粉,对DS-32型小双螺杆挤压试验机的挤压性能进行了研究。测试并分析了该机的空载下机筒的温度场。在负载条件下,研究了转速、温度与水分含量对挤出物膨化度的影响。

【Abstract】 The extrusion performance of DS-32 twin-extruder is studied by using the mixture of maize and wheat powder.The barrel temperature field without load is tested and analysis.Under the condition of load,the effect of screw speed,temperature and moisture content on the expansion index is investingated.
