【摘要】 目的:探讨老年人T淋巴细胞亚群变化的相关因素。方法:对70例患者(老年组32例,非老年组38例)应用流式细胞仪测定T淋巴细胞亚群CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8,并分别进行比较。结果:老年组CD3明显低于非老年组(P<0.01),CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8无明显差异。对32例老年人根据其营养状况、生活能力以及是否伴有感染性疾病,分别分组比较T淋巴细胞亚群变化情况,均无明显差异。结论:老年人细胞免疫功能下降主要与年龄增长有关,与营养状况好坏、生活能否自理以及是否伴有感染性疾病关系不大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the correlative factors of T lymphocyte cell subsets in the aged.Methods:We measured the percentages of T lymphocyte cell subsets by flow cytometer in 70 patients(32 cases from the aged group,38 cases from the contral group).Results: The CD3 of the aged group was obviously lower than that of the contral group(P<0.01),There was no difference in CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8 between aged group and the contral group.Conclusion:The decline in immunological function of the aged relates mainly to the age and has little to do with nutritive situation,viability and the disease of infection.更多还原
