【摘要】 采用偏离份额(shift-share,SS)分析法,从经济增长的3个相关因素,即份额分量、结构分量和竞争分量,考察了我国“十五”期间主要是1999—2004年各地区经济增长的差异.并对各地区制造业和高新产业的增长差异进行了比较深入的考察.得到以下结论:1)主导因素不同是导致经济增长巨大差异的根本原因;2)山东和天津两地产业结构对地区经济增长的影响最为突出;3)中部各省区无论是整体经济还是制造业和高新产业,经济增长的竞争力都很弱.以期为从全国层面把握各地区经济发展特点提供参考.更多还原

【Abstract】 The shift-share-analysis model is employed to analyze the regional difference of economic growth in our country during the State’s Tenth Five-Year Plan period,mainly from 1999 to 2004.In order to explain the factors that affect regional economic growth and provide reference for grasping each region’s development characteristics from national level,the regional difference of manufacturing industries and high-tech industries is also deeply studied.Based on the shift-share-analysis model,the analysis is indulged in the three factors of regional economic growth,they are regional share,structural shift and differential shift.Several conclusions are draw after detail analysis: 1) The difference of leading factor is the root cause to the widened disparity of economic growth;2) The influence of region industrial structure on its economic growth in Shandong and Tianjin is most prominent;3) The competitive ability in central regions of China is very weak,no mater in the whole economy or the manufacturing industries,nor hi-tech industries.更多还原
