MT蛋奶粉对铅中毒大鼠的排铅作用

【摘要】 目的:观察富含金属硫蛋白(MT)的蛋奶粉对铅中毒大鼠的驱铅效果。方法:将60只Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组(20只)、空白组(10只)和铅中毒组(30只)。铅中毒组大鼠饮服0.2%醋酸铅水溶液3周造成实验性铅中毒后,再分成铅中毒组(10只)和MT蛋奶粉处理组(20只)。灌服MT蛋奶粉3周后,采集血液、肝脏、肾脏、股骨、脑、粪便及尿液,分别用原子吸收分光光度法测定铅含量。结果:与对照组大鼠比较,铅中毒组大鼠各组织铅含量均显著升高(P<0.01)。与铅中毒组比较,MT蛋奶粉组大鼠脑铅含量明显降低(P<0.01),肾铅、骨铅含量亦有降低趋势,但肝铅含量显著增加(P<0.01),粪排铅量显著增加(P<0.01),尿排铅量有增加趋势。结论:MT蛋奶粉能不同程度降低组织内铅含量,具有一定的驱铅效果。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of metallothionein(MT) egg-milk power on excluding lead in vivo in saturnic rats.Methods A total of 60 Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups: control(n=20),black control(n=10) and lead-treated groups(n=30).After the rats in lead-treated group were treated with 0.2% lead acetate daily for three weeks,they were randomly divided into two groups: lead-treated group(n=10) and MT egg-milk power treated group(n=20).The rats in the last group were treated with MT egg-milk power for three weeks.At the end of the experiment,samples of whole blood,liver,kidney,brain,femur,faeces and urine were collected for lead detection by atomic absorption spectroscopy.Results As compared with controls,the lead content of samples were significantly elevated in lead-treated rats(P<0.01).After the lead-treated rats were treated with MT egg-milk power,as compared with lead-treated rats,MT egg-milk power increased the faeces and liver lead contents(P<0.01) and decreased the lead content of kidney,brain(P<0.01) and femur.(Conclusion MT egg-milk) power can obviously reduce the lead concentration,which suggests that it has good effect on excluding lead in saturnic condition.
