【摘要】 目的:探讨以一定浓度人参、五加皮、茯苓和当归配制成的中药合剂对博莱霉素(BLM)致染色体断裂的拮抗作用。方法:以诱变剂敏感性实验方法,检测BLM对20例健康人外周血淋巴细胞染色体的致断裂作用,并观察中药合剂对染色体稳定性的作用。结果:BLM组所致每细胞染色单体断裂率(b/c值)与阴性对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),该中药合剂对BLM所致的染色体断裂有明显的抑制作用(P<0.01)。结论:该中药配伍合剂能够提高染色体稳定性,拮抗BLM致染色体断裂作用,可作为染色体稳定剂用于提高机体的抗癌能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the antagonsim of Chinese medicine herbals on the chromsome breakage induced by Bleomycin(BLM),which was composed of ginseng,cortex acanthopanasia radices(CAR),pachyna cocos Fr.and angelica at certain concentration.Methods The mutagen sensitivety test was used to detect the effect of BLM on chromatid breaks per cell from peripheral blood lymphocytes of 20 healthy subjects.And the infuence of Chinese medical herbals on the stability of chromsome was studied.50 cells per sample were observed under microscope and then the average b/c value(chromatid breaks per cell) of every group was calculated.The all b/c values were analyzed by statistical method.Results There was obvious difference of the b/c value between BLM group and negative group(P<0.01).Chinese medicine herbals showed obviously inhibitory effect on the inducement of BLM(P<0.01).Conclusion Chinese medicine herbals can enhance the ability to anti-carcinoma of people,which acts as stable substance to chromosome.So it can prevent the occurrence of tumor.更多还原
