中国专利数据库中外国企业名称规范浅议
The Study on Overseas Enterprise’s Name in Chinese Patent
【摘要】 文章叙述了中国专利中同一国外企业申请人名称混乱的问题,分析了这种现象的原因,提出了相应的建议与措施,以及在中国专利检索中的应注意的问题。
【Abstract】 This paper indicates the confused problem which the same overseas enterprise acts as application of Chinese patent,have analyse the reason of this kind of phenomenon,put forward corresponding suggestion,and the question that should be paid attention to Chinese patent reserching.
