复合型聚苯胺防腐涂料的研究进展

【摘要】 综述了近年来国内外聚苯胺防腐涂料的研究状况和应用领域。介绍了聚苯胺复合防腐涂层的制备方法和防腐机理。聚苯胺复合防腐涂层的制备方法包括涂层复合和共混复合两种方式,其防腐机理主要是有良好的屏蔽作用、钝化作用和阴阳极反应分离作用。提出了聚苯胺防腐涂料目前存在的问题和今后的研究方向。

【Abstract】 The recent research progress and application of polyaniline anticorrosion coatings are reviewed,in which the preparation methods and anticorrosion mechanism of the coatings are introduced.The anticorrosion mechanism is proposed such as shied,the passivation of metal surface and the separation of partial cathodic and anodic reaction.Existing problem and future development directions are discussed.
