我国建筑业人力资源状况分析

【摘要】 建筑业是影响、推动国民经济发展的重要行业。进入21世纪以来,建筑业呈现出快速发展的态势。我国建筑业人力资源状况与国际发达国家有着巨大差距。因此,我们必须正确了解和认识建筑业人力资源目前状况:全面提升人员素质,适应建筑业快速发展的需要。文章就我国建筑业人力资源状况进行了较全面的分析。

【Abstract】 Building trade becomes one of the profit-making industries in our country.Since we have entered the new century,building trade has played a more and more important role in our country.But we should realize that the human resources of our country are limited.The paper makes a comprehensive analysis of our human resources condition of building trade.And it tries to provide an effective help for the development of building trade.
