【摘要】 随着我国TD-SCDMA产业化进程的不断推进与完善,关于3G牌照发放的悬念即将揭晓。面对如今一些运营商在公开场合表现出的对TD-SCDMA的热情不够和私下“先斩后奏”地进行WCDMA基站建设,笔者认为,着眼于长远利益,运营商恰恰应该积极对待TD-SCDMA。基于TD-SCDMA在技术层面具备的显著优势和政策层面享有的大力扶持,其在3G市场上的先发优势、明确的市场应用前景以及帮助运营商提高国内外电信市场竞争力等方面将成就运营商在全球实现主导地位。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the TD-SCDMA industrialization continuously pushing ahead and consummated,the suspense about the distribution of our country’s 3G license is gradually to be published.Faced with the situation that operation providers show in public that they are uninterested in TD-SCDMA,but built the WCDMA base stations without permission in private,the authors think operation providers should adopt an active attitude towards TD-SCDMA.Based on the superiority in technology,the great support from the policy clear application outlook in the market and improvement in the operation provider’s competitive power,TD-SCDMA will help its operation provider achieve the dominant position all over the world.更多还原
