【摘要】 基于对软件过程建模基本方法的研究,借鉴软件过程建模基本方法的思想,针对电信企业收入保障过程的特征,提出了一种以活动为中心的电信企业收入保障过程元模型,并探讨了其应用途径.

【Abstract】 Revenue assurance(RA) process aims at finding the revenue leakage point,improving profits and cash flows.However it is difficult to implement the RA process because lacking of a typical strategy.Based on the analysis of characteristics of revenue assurance process,an activity-focused RA process metamodel is proposed,which defines process model,activities,roles,products and key process area(KPA).
