【摘要】 对教育部部属72所高校期刊群体管理问卷调查结果以及28所高校期刊负责人的访谈资料进行分析,从现存的管理形式、期刊个体运行与管理状况、办刊主体与经费来源等方面阐述高校期刊群体的管理现状,并在对现状进行分析的基础上,从政策支持、转变观念、统一管理、集团化办刊、目标分类管理及将期刊纳入高校事业发展的组成部分等6个方面提出了高校期刊群体管理的原则及建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 After analyzing the results of investigation about the periodical community of 72 universities under the Ministry of Education and interviewing 28 directors of university periodicals,it states current situation about university periodical management from several aspects,such as actual mode of management,the operation and management of separate periodical,the principal part that run the periodicals and outlay sources for the periodicals.Based on these preparations,it puts forward the university periodical community management principles and suggestions from 6 aspects,which include policy support,changing the conception,grouping management,classifying management according to the goal of the periodical and considering the periodical as important component of development of university.更多还原
