【摘要】 针对学校党风廉政监督员的现状及存在的问题采用问卷调查、座谈讨论的方法在北京体育大学17个基层单位中随机抽取100名人员进行了调查研究和统计分析。认为党委十分重视党风廉政监督员工作,但目前多数群众对其职责和任务不够了解;监督员人数偏少、人员整体结构不尽合理;发挥作用不够充分。应拓宽监督渠道,加强宣传力度,党委赋予其明确的权利和恰当的职责范围,加强监督员队伍建设,制定选拔和考核标准,增加高素质教师比例。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the current situation and existing problems of supervisors of the Party incorrupt conduct of the Beijing Sport University,100 staff members from 17 basic units were randomly selected to fulfill questionnaires and participate in informal discussion.The results indicated that the Party Commission has always attached importance to the work of supervisors,but most masses lack understanding to their duty and task.The existing problems were the amount of supervisors of the University is comparatively less;the whole personnel structure of supervisors was irrational;and the function of supervisors was still insufficient.Some suggestions were presented,such as widening supervision channel,strengthening propaganda,giving clear right and duty scope by the Party Commission,strengthening the construction of supervisors’ contingent,establishing standards for selection and check of supervisors,and increasing the ratio of competent teachers among supervisors.更多还原
