靶向治疗中铁磁流体聚集及其动力学研究
Research on the Aggregation and Hydrodynamics of Ferrofluids in Targeted Therapy
【摘要】 铁磁流体在外磁场作用下的聚集及受力运动直接影响到靶向治疗的效果。本文在前期磁流体靶向体外动力学实验研究的基础上,从康采尼方程入手,通过建立改进的理论模型,考虑微团半径的变化,得到滞留率计算曲线。与原微团模型相比,改进后模型计算结果与实验测量值更好吻合,成功地解释了铁磁流体聚集的原因。最后,本文又简单分析了磁流体的非均匀性对滞留率的影响,发现非均匀性有利于磁流体滞留。此研究为提高靶向治疗的疗效提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 The aggregation and hydrodynamics of ferrofluids exposed to an applied magnetic field have a great effect on the efficiency of drug targeted therapy.Based on the forgoing in vitro experiments on this topic,an improved theoretical model is developed.This model starts with the Kozeny equation.The variations in the size of the microsphere formed by nanoparticles are considered as well.The curves of retention varying with velocity of flow are given.The proposed model is compared with the experimental results.It is shown that the model described in this paper can provide predictions better than that in the previous model.Therefore,this demonstrates the process of aggregation successfully.Finally,a preliminary investigation is carried out on the influences of the non-uniformity of ferrofluids on the retention.It shows that the non-uniformity acts as a favorable factor in the retaining of the ferrofluids.This result gives the ground of improving targeted therapy.
