【摘要】 目的探讨标准冠内固位体与碳纤维桩的联合应用在上颌第一前磨牙残根残冠修复治疗中的临床效果。方法临床选择49例残根残冠患者,共56颗患牙,经完善的根管治疗后,采用标准冠内固位体辅助碳纤维桩核冠固位的方法修复患牙,对临床疗效进行0.5~1年的追踪观察。结果56颗患牙有52颗未见异常。1例修复体在修复后2个月后脱落。1例桥体瓷崩根折,2例患者基牙局部有龈炎。结论在严格选择适应证、注意临床和技工操作要点前提下,标准冠内固位体辅助碳纤维桩核冠固位的修复方法能够达到满意的修复效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effects of standard inter-crown retainer combined with carbon fiber post on the repair of the maxillary first premolars with residual crown or root. Methods A total of 56 maxillary first premolars with residual crown or root in 49 patients, which had accepted completely endodontic treatment, were restored by combined application of standard inter-crown retainer and carbon fiber post. The clinical effects were investigated in the following 0.5-1 year. Results The effects of restoration in 52 teeth were satisfied, and only 4 restorations were failed due to loose, fracture, dropping of porcelain and gingivitis . Conclusion Standard inter-crown retainer combine with the carbon fiber post and core crown is a suitable method for the restoration of the maxillary first premolar with residual crown or root.更多还原
