高校教师薪酬激励系统要素研究

【摘要】 本文从系统理论入手,结合高校教师自身特点,对当前高校体制改革背景下的教师薪酬激励要素进行分析。具体分析了满意度、公平感、内在薪酬、外在薪酬以及它们之间的相互关系,以期对高校教师薪酬激励实践提供启示和借鉴。

【Abstract】 Proceeding from system theory and the characteristics of university teachers, the article analyzes the motivation factors,such as degree of satisfaction, sense of equality,salary and extra income.The article is intended to provide some insperation for the motivation practice for teachers in universities.
