【摘要】 [目的]探讨“散结汤”对子宫肌瘤、子宫腺肌症治疗的效果。[方法]选择120例子宫肌瘤患者,100例子宫腺肌症患者,采用散结汤治疗,观察患者症状及超声像图。[结果]120例子宫肌瘤患者,临床症状显效率为48.3%,有效率为93.3%,无效6.6%,总有效率93.3%;超声观察显效率40%,有效率91.7%,无效6.6%,总有效率91.7%。100例子宫腺肌症患者临床症状显效率82%,有效率95%,无效5%,总有效率95%;超声观察显效率82%,有效率95%,无效5%,总有效率95%。[结论]“散结汤”对子宫肌瘤及子宫腺肌症患者有显著疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] Explore the effect of Sanjie Tang on hysteromyoma and endometrioma.[Method]Select 120 patients of hysteromyoma and 100 of adenometrioma,apply Sanjie Tang on them,observe patients’ symptoms and ultrasonic figure.[Result]For the patients of hysteromyoma,the much effective rate was 48.3%,effective rate 91.7%,no-effect rate 6.6%,total effective rate 91.7% on clinical symptoms;for those of adenometrioma,they were 82%,95%,5%,95% respectively;on ultrasonic examination,the marked effective rate was 82%,effective rate 95%,no-effect rate 5%,total effective rate 95%.[Conclusion]Sanjie Tang has obvious curative effect on the patients of hysteromyoma and endometrioma.更多还原
