基于有限元法的在线多相流测量系统

【摘要】 基于三维有限元法的在线多相流测量系统,所接入输油管道的电容式多相流为圆柱形。系统用统计法给出原油流体的流型测量模型,通过极板长度及张角、保护极板长度、极板间隙、管道内/外径等参数求得电容值及灵敏度。同时采用计算机模拟原油分离中流体典型流型的多种状态,得出相应概率函数,实现了管内流型的可视化。

【Abstract】 For the multiphase flow measuring system on-line based on three dimension finite element method (3D FEM), the capacitance-based multiphase flow which is connected to the oil pipeline is a column. In the system, the flow-type measure models of the base oil liquid are given by the statistical method, namely, the capacitance and sensitivity are obtained by these parameters that are the length and open angle of the pole board, the length of the protect pole board, the clearance between the protect pole boards, the inside/ outside radius of the pipeline etc. Simultaneity, the various states of the typical flow model are gained by computer simulation in the crude oil separation, and obtained the relevant probability function. The videotext of the flow type in the pipeline is realized.
