【Abstract】 As the cutting down of tariff and traditional non-tariff measures is getting popular, TBT has gradually become a more and more important trade restriction and trade protection measure. The exploration of breaking TBT and rationalization of TBT has been brought up in the past years. Negotiation and standardization, accreditation are the three main TBT rationalization options, so the analysis and research on them have great significance.
