【摘要】 对采用螺纹中径量规(MRP2000)与传统的螺纹量规两种检测方法测得的套管螺纹中径和紧密距数据进行了比较,分析了两组测量数据的相关关系,并对中径测量结果的公差设置进行了初步讨论。结果表明,套管圆螺纹中径和紧密距之间具有近似函数关系,为中径的直接测量方法的推广提供了理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The datum of pitch diameter and standoff of threads of casings measured by thread pitch diameter gauge(MRP 2000) and traditional thread gauge are compared in the paper.The correlativity of the two group datum is analyzed,and the setup measuring tolerance for pitch diameter is also discussed.The results show that the pitch diameter and standoff of threads of casings have an approximative functional relation.That provides a theoretical base for promoting direct measure of pitch diameter.更多还原
