【Abstract】 The property right reform of state-owned enterprises is a process of system changes. With western property right theory, discussing state-owned enterprise reform way from property right system design angle comes forth the invalid problem of the property right system in the implementation process. According to embeddability theory of economic sociology, the property right system of state-owned enterprises inserts in the state-owned enterprise field. The property right system reform is not a pure rational design process, but is an evolution process under function of the field relations. The custom, the benefit relations between operators as well as the field structure in the state-owned enterprise property right reform field decide the reform way of state-owned enterprise property right system and the implementation effect.更多还原
