【Abstract】 Railway transport is an important part in the system of comprehensive transportation in China,it’s role can’t be substituted.In the process of seeking the rational institution embedded in history background of state-owned economy reform,separation of administration from those of management and conversion of government function,in order to realize the leaping development,China railway industry should be reorganized by the structure of industry organization made of real enterprises adapted to market economy.The theory of modularization can give us a persuasive explanation about this issue in theory and we analyse it in this paper.更多还原
