钢铁企业典型污染源颗粒物污染特征研究

【摘要】 选择钢铁企业内的高炉出铁场、烧结机等典型污染源作为研究对象,现场测定了两种高效除尘器的除尘效率。同时测定了典型污染源附近环境空气的颗粒物粒径分布,还测定了作业车间内空气颗粒物的粒径分布情况。通过测试,评价了电除尘器、袋式除尘器对细颗粒物的除尘效率,弄清了钢铁厂环境空气与车间空气颗粒物的污染特征,并与非工业区的环境空气颗粒物粒径分布进行了比较,为钢铁厂典型污染源无组织排放控制提供了研究思路。

【Abstract】 In a large Iron & Steel Works,the 2500m3 Cast-House and sintering plant as the typical pollution sources have been studied by the author.Total efficiency and fractional efficiency of EP and bag-filter,ambient particulate size distribution,and also air particulate size distribution in workshop,have been measured.By field measuring,we evaluated the efficiency of typical high-efficiency dust-separator for fine particulates,and compared the particulate pollution characteristics inplant with other place.This study can be favorable for study on fugitive dust control.
