【摘要】 教师资源紧缺且开发不足,物、资匮乏且利用率低下。如何提高高校教育资源的利用率,已成为高校发展中的一个重要问题。

【Abstract】 The resources of teacher is very lackly,and short-emplodered,material resources are pinched,and low-utilized efficiency.Thus,how to improve the utilization efficiency of highter education’ s resources has been an important problem in the higher education’ development.
