【摘要】 目的研究富勒醇对小鼠移植性肝癌生长的抑制作用。方法将荷瘤小鼠分为4组:4.8 g/L和2.4 g/L的富勒醇组,氟尿嘧啶组及空白对照组。分别腹腔注射相应的药物及注射用水后,给予光照射,连续7 d。之后处死小鼠,记录瘤质量。结果4.8 g/L和2.4 g/L的富勒醇组平均瘤质量均低于空白对照组(F=58.89,q=4.28、4.40,P<0.01),两种浓度富勒醇组之间瘤质量差异无显著性(q=1.32,P>0.05)。氟尿嘧啶组平均瘤质量明显低于4.8 g/L和2.4 g/L富勒醇组(q=3.97、4.51,P<0.01),但其毒性作用大于富勒醇组。结论富勒醇对小鼠移植性肝癌的生长均有明显抑制作用,且毒性作用较氟尿嘧啶小。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo investigate the inhibitive effect of fullerenols on the growth of transplanted hepatocarcinoma in mice.MethodsForty-eight tumor-bearing mice were divided into four groups: fullenrenols(high and low concentration) groups,FU group,and blank group.The corresponding drugs and distilled water for injection were injected intra-abdominally for each group,and photoradiation was given for seven days.Then the animals were killed and tumor weight measured.Results(Tumor weight) was lower in fullerenols groups compared with blank group(F=58.89;q=4.28,4.40;P<0.01),with no significant difference between high and low concentration fullerenols groups(q=1.32,P>0.05).Tumor weight was lower in FU group compared with fullerenols and blank groups,respectively(q=3.97,4.89;P<0.01).The toxic effects were more serious in FU group.ConclusionFullerenols can inhibit the growth of transplanted hepatocarcinoma in mice and has few adverse reactions.更多还原
