【摘要】 目的:探讨对偶三角瓣法在先天性单侧不完全唇裂修复中的应用。方法:选择不同程度的先天性单侧不完全唇裂30例,采用对偶三角瓣法修复,并在患侧的唇部设计一个红唇三角瓣,插入健侧,修复和丰满红唇。结果:30例术后均为Ⅰ期愈合,两侧鼻翼基本对称,白唇及红唇自然丰满,外形理想,瘢痕不明显。结论:应用对偶三角瓣法修复先天性单侧不完全唇裂,方法简便,易于掌握,且设计合理,修复后的鼻部及红白唇外形自然丰满,临床效果满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the application of symmetric triangular flap in repairing incomplete unilateral cleft lips.Methods:Thirty cases of incomplete unilateral cleft lip were repaired with symmetric triangular flap.A vermilion triangular flap was designed in the affected side and inserted into the other side to repair the vermilion.Results:All the thirty cases achieved first phase healing,with symmetry nasal ala,satisfactory shape of the upper lip and inconspicuous scar.Conclusions:The method is rational and simple,and is easy to master.The shape of the upper lip and nose is satisfactory after repairing.更多还原
