【摘要】 目的观察2型糖尿病患者调脂治疗前后胰岛β细胞功能变化。方法2型糖尿病并高脂血症者,以标准馒头餐试验中空腹C肽,餐后30分钟C肽,作为反映葡萄糖刺激β细胞胰岛素分泌功能,然后分调脂治疗组、未调脂治疗组作为对照,均采用治疗6个月后,观察两组葡萄糖刺激的胰岛素分泌。结果调脂治疗组,餐后30分钟C肽分泌与治疗前相比显著增加。结论调脂治疗后,解除脂毒性可使β细胞功能得到相应改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of Lipid-modulating therapy on islet β cell function in 2-type diabetes patients.Methods 2-type diabetes patients with hyper lipidemia were selected.Fasting plasma c-peptide and postprandial 30 mins c-peptide of standard steamed bread c-peptide releasing test (SSBT) ware performed to measure β-cell function during OGTT.These diabetic patients were divided into taking lipid-modalating and non-lipid-modalating.After six months of treating.To observe double function of insulin secretion of islet β-cells during OGTT.Results Compared with treatment before in the group of lipid-modalation therapy.Postprandial 30 mins plasma.C-peptide secreation level was sigrificantly raised.Conclusion The treatment of lipid-modulating therapy can release the lipotoxicity and improve the β-cell function.更多还原
