虾青素的生物功效及其应用

【摘要】 综述了虾青素的生理功能与某些疾病的关系及其在人类保健中的应用。

【Abstract】 Astaxanthin is a kind of carotenoids with many biological functions,including anti-oxodation,anti-cancer and enhancing immunity.It has been widely applied in the fields of food,medicine and face-painting etc.In the paper the relation between its efficacy and some diseases,and its application in people’s daily life were summarized.
