【摘要】 研究了徐长卿地上和地下部分丹皮酚含量及其动态变化规律,结果表明:徐长卿根茎和茎叶中丹皮酚含量在1年生长期内变化幅度分别为1.44%~2.77%和0.023%~0.099%,最高含量出现在花果期后期(8月下旬至9月上旬),其他生长期内变化不大,说明徐长卿采收期以花果期后期为宜;地上部分丹皮含量远低于地下部分,且含量和种类有较大差异,不宜入药。更多还原

【Abstract】 The content of paeonol and its dynamic variation in Cynanchun paniculatum(Bye)Kitag were studied.The content of paeonol in different parts and periods was determined by HPLC.The results showed that the content of paeonol in rhizoma and stem & leaves are 1.44%～2.77% and 0.023%～0.099%.The highest point of content appeared in late efflorescence fruit period(from late Aug to early Sep),while in other periods it had no obvious change.It should be harvested in late efflorescence fruit period.Since the overground part has far less content of paeonol and different other contents,it was not suitable to be used with the underground part.更多还原
