【摘要】 用不同剂量60Co-γ射线辐射处理整株蟹爪兰后,测定叶片可溶性糖、淀粉、蛋白质、叶绿素、类胡萝卜素等含量。结果表明:在处理后可溶性糖含量均比对照有不同程度的增加;淀粉含量呈现先增加后降低的趋势,其中在60Gy时达到最大;蛋白质含量则变化不一,但在20Gy时有一最大值;叶绿素含量和类胡萝卜素含量较对照也有不同程度的增加,且均在60Gy时含量最大;可溶性糖含量与辐照剂量呈正相关,类胡萝卜素含量与叶绿素a含量呈正相关,叶绿素a/叶绿素b与叶绿素b呈负相关,所以60～70Gy剂量处理蟹爪兰较为适宜。更多还原

【Abstract】 The content of the dissoluble sugar,starch,protein,chlorophyll and carotenoid in Zygocactus trurncatus was detected after it was treated with the irradiation of 60Co-γ ray.The result showed that the content of dissoluble sugar was increased in some extend;the starch firstly increased and then decreased and at the treatment of 50 Gy reached the max.The protein were inconsistent but there was the max value at 20 Gy.The chlorophyll and carotenoid were increased in different extend compared with the CK.The pertinent analyse indicated that there was a significant positive correlation between dissoluble sugar and dosage and the correlation between the contend of chlorophyll a and carotenoid was also significant positive,but the correlation between chlorophyll a / chlorophyll b and chlorophyll b was negative.更多还原
