海水胁迫下树木根的游离脯氨酸含量的变化

【摘要】 研究了新疆杨、旱柳、国槐、水蜡和四季丁香在海水漫灌后,树木须根的游离脯氨酸含量。结果表明:在海水胁迫下,树木根的游离脯氨酸都有不同程度的变化;海水胁迫是主导因素。

【Abstract】 The content of the free proline in roots of Xingjiang poplar,dryland willow,Chinese scholar tree,and four-season cloves inundated with sea water was tested.The result indicated that the quantity of the free proline in the roots varied.
