【Abstract】 The feedback from the employer proposed the question that the student who just graduated from university was weak at the ability to practice and create. It indicated that the present educational system had defect and deficiency in cultivatng undergraduates to practice and create. In this paper, the major factor which restricted the culture of undergraduate to practice their knowledge was analyzed, and furthermore, the channel and method which could enhance the ability were suggested.更多还原
