几种植物粗提物对菜青虫取食行为的影响
Studies on the Effects of Several Non-preferable Plant Extracts on the Feeding of Artogeia rapae and Their Mechanisms
【摘要】 本文研究了青蒿、茴香、地丁、川楝子、槟榔、贯众、扁蓄草、葱、大黄、烟草和胡椒等11种植物乙醇提取物对菜青虫取食的影响,并通过对不同植物提取物处理下菜青虫体内酯酶活性的测定,初步探讨了植物次生物质影响其取食的机理。结果表明,胡椒、川楝、大黄、葱提取物对菜青虫幼虫有很高的非选择性拒食作用,16h拒食率分别达到93.36%、83.15%、79.14%和78.26%。菜青虫体内酯酶活性与拒食率呈高度正相关,表明异源植物次生化合物对菜青虫可能有一定的毒性作用,这也可能是导致菜青虫拒食的原因之一。
【Abstract】 The effects of alcohol extracts of 11 kinds of plants, Artogeia rapae,Foeniculum vulgare,Viola yedoensis,Melia tosendan,Areca cathecu,Cyrtomium fortunei,Polyaonum avicular,Delia antiqua,Rheum palmatum,Nicotiana tabacum and Capsicum frutesceas on the feeding of Artogeia rapae were studied,and the mechanisms of the effects of plant semi-chemicals on the feeding of Artogeia rapae were preliminarily studied in this paper.The results showed that the extracts of Capsicum frutesceas、Melia tosendan、Rheum palmatum and Delia antiqua had high non-selective effects of deterring the continuation of feeding on larva of Artogeia rapae.The rates of deterring the continuation of feeding reached 93.36%,83.15%,79.14% and 78.26% respectively.The esterase activity of Artogeia rapae was closely related to the rate of deterring the continuation of feeding,this meant that the non-preferable plant semi-chemicals could have some toxic effects on Artogeia rapae.It could be one of the reasons causing Artogeia rapae to stop or reduce feeding.
