【摘要】 本文介绍了常用DNA分子标记在植物中的最新应用。大多数DNA分子标记应用于植物分子遗传图谱的构建、植物遗传多样性分析与种质鉴定、重要农艺性状基因定位与图位克隆、分子标记辅助育种等方面。也有少数分子标记有特殊的用途,并介绍了几种分子标记在植物中联合应用的例子。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces some molecular markers’ later applications in plant.The majority of DNA molecular markers are utilized in the construction of plant genetic map,the analysis of genetic diversity and the assessment of germplasm,the location and clone of some significanct genes,molecular maker-assisted selection,and so on.A few of DNA molecular markers have distinct purpose.For example,EST is used to search new genes.The paper also introduces some examples of association of NAcular markers.
