【摘要】 使用基于Web Service的开发技术,提出了适合中小企业应用的分布式管理系统的解决方案。此方案满足了企业业务分散处理的需要,具有成本低,实现方法简单的特点。

【Abstract】 This paper puts forward a distributing project based on the need of the company to products management,it also introduces the way how to put it into practice of the system and the part of the development.
