液晶双马来酰亚胺改性环氧树脂的研究
STUDY ON EPOXY RESIN MODIFIED BY LIQUID CRYSTAL BISMALEIMIDES
【摘要】 采用一种含芳酯键的液晶双马来酰亚胺单体(BM I)改性环氧树脂/芳香胺固化体系,对比了改性前后环氧树脂的性能。发现BM I可以显著提高环氧树脂的韧性,并且对环氧树脂的耐热性有一定改善作用。同时,BM I对环氧树脂/芳香胺固化体系的凝胶化反应存在明显的催化作用。
【Abstract】 The system of epoxy(E-54)/amine modified by liquid crystal bismaleimides(BMI) was studied.It was found that BMI could improve effectively the material′s impact strength,at the same time,the heat-resist properties could be improved in some degree.Moreover,BMI could obviously accelerate the rate of gelatin reaction.
