我国高纯TiO2的市场现状

【摘要】 我国高纯TiO2的主要市场在PTC热敏电阻、MLCC、半导体电容及SrTiO3基压敏电阻。年市场需求约6300t,其中,PTC热敏电阻约需1200t、MLCC约需5000t、半导体电容约需65t,SrTiO3基压敏电阻约需35t。高纯TiO2的国内售价,仅是日本东邦TiO2的1/3~1/2。

【Abstract】 Main market of high purity TiO2 in China lies in PTC thermistor,MLCC,semiconductor capacitor,and SrTiO3-based varistor,which annually demand about 6300 tons.Among them about 1200 tons are used for PTC thermistor,5000 tons for MLCC,65 tons for semiconductor capacitor and 35 tons for SrTiO3-based varistor.The price of high purity TiO2 is about 1/3TO 1/2 of Toho’s TiO2,Japan.
