基于发泡剂预处理的两步法泡沫铝制备工艺研究

【摘要】 研究了基于发泡剂预处理的两步法泡沫铝制备工艺,即获得可发泡的预制品,发泡剂在熔体中分散和重新升温发泡,发泡剂分解释气。通过在发泡剂表面涂敷铝溶胶,推迟分解释气时间(4min左右),实现了将发泡剂在熔体中的分散和分解发泡分开的目的。研究了各阶段工艺参数对发泡效果的影响规律,分析确定了试验条件下的最佳工艺参数值。结果表明,经缓释处理的发泡剂用量为2%、混合搅拌时间为3min时,可得到质量较好的泡沫铝预制品。

【Abstract】 The two stage process has been developed which seeks to improve on the process by separa-(ting) the dispersion of the foaming agent within the melt from the decomposition of the agent to forming a foam in the present paper.The foaming agent of TiH2 is delayed to decompose for about 4 minutes by coating it with alumna colloid.The influence of main factors on the foaming effects was investigated and the optimal value of each parameter was determined.The results show that better foamable precursor can be obtained with the addition of foaming agent (2 %), mixing time (3 min).These open the possibility to manufacture aluminum foams in quantities with homogeneous and reproducible structure.
