卧式车床床身导轨的直线性对加工件的影响
The Effect of the Guiding Rail’s Straightness of Horizontal Lathe on the Work-piece
【摘要】 分析了卧式车床床身导轨在水平和垂直平面上的误差对工件加工误差的影响.对C620、1670车床进行了理论计算和比较分析,结果表明:床身导轨在水平面内的直线度误差对工件加工误差的影响最大.
【Abstract】 The article analyses the effect of the error of horizontal lathe’s guiding rails on the horizontal level and vertical level on the processing error of the work-piece. Through the theoretical calculating and comparing Lathe C620 with Lathe1670 we know that the error of the straightness of the lathe’s guiding rails on the horizontal level affects the work-piece’s processing error the most.
