【摘要】 目的:观察红景天注射液对麻醉犬心肌缺血、心肌梗死的影响。方法:采用心外膜电图标测心肌缺血范围及程度,定量组织学（N-BT、染色法）测定心肌梗死范围;比较在急性心肌缺血、心肌梗死过程中,相关血液生化指标的变化。结果:红景天注射液能明显减轻心肌缺血程度（∑-ST）及心肌缺血范围（N-ST）,缩小经 N-BT 染色所显示的梗死区;可有效抑制心肌缺血及心肌梗死引起的血清肌酸磷酸激酶（CK）活性升高、乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）的释放,降低血浆内皮素（ET）和血栓素 B₂（TXB₂）水平,提高6-酮-前列腺素 F_1α(6-keto-PGF_1α)含量及6-keto-PGF_1α/TXB₂的比值。结论:红景天注射液改善麻醉犬急性心肌缺血和心肌梗死的作用强度与阳性对照药合心爽注射剂相似。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object:To observe the effect of Hongjingtian Injectio on myocardial ischemia and cardiac infarction in anesthetized dog.Methods: Epicardial electrography was used to measure the extent and range of myocardial ischemia,quantitative histological method（N-BT staining）was used to determine the range of cardiac infarction,and changes of related indexes during myocardial ischemia and cardiac infarction were compared.Results:Hongjingtian Injectio can remarkably reduce the extent（∑-ST）and the range（N-ST） of myocardial ischemia,and can reduce the size of infarction area exhibited by N-BT staining,It can effectively inhibit increasing activity of serum creatine kinase（CK）and release of lactate dehydrogenase（LDH）,reduce level of serum endothelin（ET）and thromboxane B₂（TXB₂）,increase content of 6-keto-PGF_1α and the ratio of 6-keto-PGF_1α to TXB₂.Conclusion:The effect of Hongjingtian Injectio in improving acute myocardial ischemia and cardiac infarction in anethetized dog is similar to Hexinshuang Injectio,（positive contrast agent）.更多还原
