固体通量法评价沸石强化A/O脱氮中试工艺

【摘要】 利用固体通量法对沸石强化A/O脱氮工艺中试装置进行了实验研究.结果表明:该装置二沉池极限固体通量GL为202 5kg/dm2,设计横截面积应大于1 54m2,而实际中试装置二沉池横截面积偏小,应通过改变运行参数来保证二沉池正常运行.当负荷发生变化时,可以通过固体通量分析来改变操作条件,以保证系统正常运行.

【Abstract】 According to the experimental study by using solid flux theory on a pilot plant test to the A/O biological nitrogen removal process enhanced by zerolite, it showed that the limiting solid flux G_L of the secondary sedimentation tank was 202.5 kg/dm~2,the design of the cross-section was more than 1.54 m~2.In reality the design of the secondary sedimentation tank was a little small, so the operating parameters should be changed to ensure the normal running of the secondary sedimentation tank.So the analysis of solid flux could be used to change the operation condition when the loading rate was changed so as to ensure the normal running of the secondary sedimentation tank.
