快速砂型铸造用模具材料的新进展

【摘要】 快速砂型铸造用模具材料,是实现快速砂型铸造的重要因素。分析和比较了当前快速砂型铸造用模具材料的现状,并指出研究适合快速砂型铸造用模具材料和进行表面处理为今后的发展方向。

【Abstract】 Mold material of rapid sand casting is one of important factor for realizing rapid sand casting. The current mold material of rapid sand casting used in actual situation are analyzed and compared in this paper. For the rapid casting, the new mold material and their surface treatment technique suited for rapid casting is the development direction of sand casting mold material.
